Before installing the Stainless Steel Kitchen Faucet, make sure that you have purchased a suitable faucet and check whether all accessories are complete, such as the faucet body, hose, gasket, nut, etc. Before installation, be sure to turn off the main valve of the water source to prevent accidental leakage during installation.
If the kitchen already has an old faucet, you need to use a tool such as a wrench to loosen the nut connected to the faucet, and then carefully remove the old faucet from the sink. After removal, clean the mounting holes on the sink to ensure that there is no residual sealant or other debris so that the new faucet can fit tightly.
Place a gasket on the mounting hole, which will help prevent water leakage. Insert the faucet body into the mounting hole and ensure that it is stable. Use the nut to fix the faucet on the sink, but do not over-tighten it to avoid damaging the faucet or sink.
Connect one end of the hose to the interface under the faucet and the other end to the water pipe on the wall. Make sure the connection is tight and not loose. Use a wrench to tighten moderately to avoid excessive force that may cause damage to the hose or interface.
After installation, carefully check all connections to make sure they are tight and not loose or missing. Open the main water valve and check if there is any leakage from the faucet. If any leakage is found, turn off the water immediately and check if the connection is loose or the gasket is installed correctly. After adjustment, turn on the water again to confirm that there is no leakage.
